Helping Hands

Are you interested in being part of a group of people who enjoy meeting twice a month to make quilts, knitted or crocheted blankets, hats, sweaters and mittens for sick, neglected or traumatized children?  If so, why don't you pack a lunch for yourself and join us at one of our work sessions.

The Helping Hands Group, formed in 1995, meets downstairs in Fellowship Hall on the 1st and 4th Wednesday, September through May, from 10 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. We know children come in all sizes, so quilts and comforters in all sizes are made.  However, we try to use the following guidelines:  Toddlers - 35" x 45", Child - 40" x 60", Teenage - 50" x 70".  All materials (fabric, batting, thread, yarn, etc.) are supplied.
